Foundations for greater safety in deep snow.
Tour & Training Basic is offered with two different focuses: ski touring or freeriding. In both formats, our state-certified mountain and ski guides teach you how to use avalanche emergency equipment for effective companion rescue, how to plan a sensible tour and how to transfer that plan into the terrain. Day two is a full ski-touring or freeride day. You apply the planning process in the snow and gain your first practical insights into route finding, track setting, recognising and assessing danger spots under the current conditions, and using structured decision-making strategies.

Day one centres on rescue training, knowledge and preparation. Day two transfers the planning process into a full ski tour or freeride day. Course fee from €250 for the ski-touring format or €260 for the freeride format; accommodation and meals are not included.
